This is a gluten-free cake that anyone will love love. It is fairly easy to make, and you really can't go too wrong with this one. The first time I made it, it didn't rise very much but it still tasted amazing, it wasn't as beautiful but I would even go so far as saying it tasted even better since it was really moist.
